- 7v7 Flag Football
- 25-minute games (running clock)
- 3 Games Guaranteed
- Pool Play Followed by Single Elimination
- No Contact - flag pulls only
- Coaches allowed on field (younger divisions)
- Age Divisions: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U
- Official rules provided before event
